What we do for your devices

Calibration Annual calibration with calibration certificate and firm appointments. The measurement report shows the readings before and after any adjustments or repairs that may have been necessary.
Maintenance Planned maintenance to manufacturer specifications before anything fails.
Repair & device service On site or in our workshop in Fernitz. We repair what is worth repairing.
Loaner devices A replacement or loan device bridges the repair, usually from the next working day. We also provide loan devices in the laboratory area.
Free telephone support Helpdesk without subscription or charge, also via WhatsApp Business.
Calibration reminder Planned: we note your due date and get in touch in good time.

Process

You send your device to Fernitz or ask briefly beforehand by phone, email, WhatsApp or the form. You know the cost in advance.

Your device is calibrated to factory specifications and documented with a measurement report. If a defect shows up, you receive a repair quote first.

Your device comes back with the calibration certificate, usually by the next day.

Transparency

The calibration price list is openly available. You can also see a sample certificate and sample report in advance.
